Kristen reached out to me late last year for a session, to capture her sweet family in the fall colours that she missed out on during the year previous, while they awaited the arrival of sweet little R. Instantly, her energy and love for life, family and laughter just overcame me.
Since we did the initial session, we have done little R’s cake smash session for her first birthday, and most recently this Mommy & Me session that was just so special. Kristen and I have grown very close in the few short months that we have known each other, but then, I think Kristen is one of those personalities that’s super infectious, and it would be difficult not to want to get to know her more closely!
Kristen loves seeing her images in print, and I love seeing clients print their images, so I think that makes us two peas in a pod. She is an open book, she will tell you all about her spinal cord injury, how her injury has an impact on her day-to-day life, and she absolutely loves helping other women to feel great about themselves and is passionate about make-up (she is an amazing Mary Kay rep). She is one in a million, with an infectious smile, warm and generous spirit, and a love for her family that is palpable.
