So how does it work?
choosing a photographer is only half the battle. once you have selected someone whose style matches yours, it inevitably comes down to that dreaded question – “how much will it cost?”
well, that depends on a few things – the session type, the number of images desired, products, access to wardrobe; many things.
I like to take the time with each client to make sure that our sessions are perfect. we talk about colour preferences, locations, clothing. my clients have access to my client closet, and all session decor is planned with your taste in mind.
clients will receive a session planning document after paying my non-refundable session retainer fee, which goes over all of the details. if you are a newborn client, your due date time is booked off to ensure I am available to you for your session. newborn sessions take place between 5-15 days after birth, however if baby is premature this timeline will vary based on adjusted age. didn’t reach out ahead of time? that’s okay! I’ve worked with babies up to 8 weeks old for newborn style sessions.
let’s talk weather – let’s face it – we live in Canada, which can be pretty unpredictable at times. we watch the forecast closely, and will reschedule once if necessary.
within 2 weeks after the session I provide clients with a private online viewing gallery to see their soft-edit images. this means the images are not edited in full, and the client chooses which images they wish to purchase. clients can make their print orders and purchase images from the comfort of their own home, or if you prefer we can meet face to face to order and design custom products, like enlargements or albums.

Newborn
sessions
newborn sessions take place on Tuesdays and Fridays.
session fee is $250 – this is a non-refundable payment that secures your date on the calendar

Maternity & Fresh 48
sessions
clients booking newborn sessions have the option to add a maternity or fresh 48 session fee on for an additional $100
