I met Caroline through mutual new Mom friends when our first babies were only around 6-months old. we were fumbling through lack of sleep, developmental leaps, finding our footing as Mom… it was a really difficult time, and I credit having a solid group of Mom friends by my side with keeping my sanity in tact.
now, almost two years later with toddlers by our side, and new babies in our arms, we continue to support each other day and night (thanks Facebook messenger!).
Caroline asked me to capture her maternity portraits, her labour at Squamish General Hospital, and Ollie’s Newborn session.
my favourite part about this session is that she was open to new ideas, and was excited to try something I’d never done before (see the very last image!)
